Valentine's Day Sunset Dinner

Friday 2/14  @5pm

Drinks including Hibiscus lemonade, Pink Rose coconut latte & more 

Pupu - Ulu crust mini tarte with cheezy orange cauliflower

Salad - Roasted beet carpaccio with pickled carrots, radishes, herbs, crema 

Entree - Black Pearl mushroom “scallops”, ulu gnocchi, pumpkin puree, vegan “caviar” fried sage. 

Dessert - Chocolate lava cake with pistachio butter, rose whip.
