Pupu - Ulu crust mini tarte with cheezy orange cauliflower
Salad - Roasted beet carpaccio with pickled carrots, radishes, herbs, crema
Entree - Black Pearl mushroom “scallops”, ulu gnocchi, pumpkin puree, vegan “caviar” fried sage.
